With our years-long experience in the HVAC & R SYSTEM/COOLING SYSTEMS products and services sector, we have discovered that the lack of efficiency from some service technicians has created a sense of mistrust, fear, fraud and disappointment between technicians and their clients. We here to serve as a strong link providing you sales & services in all HVAC & R products.

3. ​Mode of Operation:
“We advise you read this paragraph carefully” as you register with us shows that you have read and agreed with our Terms & Conditions. You are dealing directly with “WORKRITE UNIFIED SERVICES LIMITED” and such always get back to us for any complaint, payment, and additional/extra job or for more inquiries.

For any Further Job kindly notify us and if it wasn’t assigned by us we can’t be held responsible. This guide will help us manage our technicians’ activities and foster our client’s satisfaction. For any other reason, you shouldn’t enter any agreement either written or oral with our engineer/technician(s) aside from what you and the company have agreed on.

Due to the complexity of HVAC & R operational services, we demand that our client’s pay TWO THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY (#2000) as inspection fee & transportation fare and as well this will be deducted from his/her labor fee after executing the job. Note: The said amount is not refundable. But if you are certain & can be specific of the nature of services needed, we can bill you without you paying for inspection fee. In that case you (client) don’t expect our engineer/technician(s) to come check or inspect the work but to come straight ahead to do the work as you have specified & billed.

For every job & services completed for a client, he/she is expected to give us feedback immediately before the departure of our service men (WORKRITE representative).

4. Payment Mode:
For every job on repair, maintenance, services, installations or building our client’s is expected to pay 70% deposit of total charges & 30% (balance) upon completion of the job. If there is any need as a client, he/she wants to owe the company before approval of your job, please always notify us for us to have a separate agreement. “FOR WE DON’T RENDER OR ACCEPT SERVICES ON CREDIT”.

For record purpose always ensure that you request for your receipt for every of your payment made to us & also tender proof of payment for record purpose. And all payment should be made ONLY to the company’s assigned account details:

5. ​Warranty:
For you to have value for your money, we have put in place a warranty plans in all our services as it varies in its different categories & demands. We have Two (2) months – Twelve (12) months Warranty Plans depending on the nature of the job or services. So as you place your request, the Company will look into the nature of your job/services that fit into the categories for warranty & ensure you have it.

6. ​Customer’s Rights:
As a client you have every right to terminate the contract between “US” before the starting of the job prior to Twenty Four (24) hours’ notice after payment. But for whatever personal reasons and you choose to terminate this contract, you are likely not to get a complete refund.
